Cells in Action

on the Celldom Platform

T Cell Potency Assay

CAR T Cell Killing CD-19+ K562 cell, then proliferating

Drug Resistance Assay

MOLM-13 cells grown in 2.5nM Quizartinib, with a resistant clone growing out in a microwell.

Cytokine Assay

Live imaging and AI-detection of T-Cells (green in Annotated pane), activated by beads (red) and releasing interferon-gamma as detected by increasing signal (DAP channel) on capture beads (blue).

Picking Cells from Microwells

The automated picker in the Celldom CloneXplorer instrument can individually address and extract cells of interest (based on morphology, function, or fluorescence) from any of the hundreds of thousands of microcells on a plate. Cells are then deposited in a separately temperature controlled deposition plate for downstream growth or analysis.
